Prices.Since 1996 we have sold tens of thousands of flies to almost every corner of the world. Our reputation has been solid and second to none. Your credit card is processed in New Zealand dollars and your card company will convert the amount to your currency upon billing. The final amount charged may vary slightly due to currency fluctuations and the CC companies "conversion" rates. Quality. All flies are tied for us by professional fly tiers and are of excellent quality. You will find the cost hard to beat anywhere in the world. We also pick through the flies to discard any that are not tied well or look as though they will not swim correctly. The Process. Your order will be processed, packaged and dispatched within two days of receipt of your order. If we are out of stock of a particular fly we reserve the right to substitute for a simlar fly, size or pattern. Should there be a problem, you will be emailed for your instructions. Your credit card will only be processed when the order is dispatched. Delivery. We Post Worldwide by Airmail. A $nz$8.50 Air Mail charge is levied on every fly order except within New Zealand where the charge is nz$5.00 - regardless of value. You may choose to upgrade to a faster delivery system at the checkout. Some items are just too large or difficult to ship and we will advise if we are unable to ship. Some items have an additional small fee added on at the checkout to cover extra freight costs associated with that item. Orders are dispatched within 2 days and should be received within 5 - 7 days. There appears to be some delays within the US postal system. We assure you your order will be in the USA within 3 days of us receiving the order!
